Refund Policy

Overview

HScan provides automated vulnerability scanning services and delivers digital reports. Due to the nature of this service, refunds are limited as described below.

Eligible for a Full Refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You cancel your order before the scan has started.
  • We are unable to complete the scan due to an issue on our side.
  • A technical error prevents delivery of the report.

Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The vulnerability report has already been delivered.
  • The scan has already started.
  • The scan results meet expectations but no significant vulnerabilities were found.
  • The scan is limited or blocked due to:
    • CAPTCHA
    • Firewall / WAF
    • Rate limiting or external protections

Important

HScan is an automated tool and results reflect the state of the application at the time of scanning. The absence of findings does not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@heyva.xyz with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
