1. Agreement

By accessing or using any service provided by Heyva ("we", "us", "our"), including HScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

HScan is a web application vulnerability scanning service. Upon purchase, we perform a security scan of your verified domain and deliver a vulnerability report. The report is a digital product delivered electronically.

3. Domain Verification

You must verify ownership of any domain you submit for scanning by adding a DNS TXT record as instructed. By submitting a domain, you confirm that you are the owner or have explicit authorization from the owner to conduct security testing on that domain. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any scan if we have reason to believe authorization has not been granted.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use HScan to scan domains you own or have explicit written permission to test. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or to scan third-party systems without authorization. Any misuse will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

HScan reports are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that our scans will detect all vulnerabilities present in your application. No security scan or tool can guarantee complete coverage. We are not liable for any damages resulting from vulnerabilities that were not detected.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heyva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HScan. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific scan in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
